Teams often find
themselves with individuals in predicaments. One person can be so “can-do” that they’ve lost their
ability to come forth with thought-provoking input – they are all about not
rocking the boat, saving their job, not speaking up, even if they see
issues. Others may have taken on
“bull-in-a-china-shop” traits to get things done as a response to stress or
personality conflict. Someone may
bring a strong cultural history that results in less than optimal results for
themselves or others. This offsite
has individuals take on different personalities while developing a team project
– a social networking site. The
resulting site can be a functioning take-away that can ease communication on
projects or time zones.
