EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
Watching executive presence in action is captivating and motivating.  But what does it take to create or increase executive presence?  A high level of personal engagement, candor, clear expression of thoughts and confidence all play a key role.  Simplified Coach 1:1 executive coaching delves deeply into the thoughts and action required to stay in the executive suite, leading people and organizations to their highest potential.

STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
When your business is about a service, your people have to act as strategists that bring a client's vision to fruition.  Through techniques like powerful questioning and intuitive listening, illusions are uncovered, strategies shift and problems are solved.  As a result, a client can reach short and long term goals creating a deeper level of alignment, trust and loyalty between people and organizations.  This series explores the tools used to discover a client's vision, ongoing client satisfaction, brand management and corporate impact.  Your best customers are your existing customers--investing in the relationship couldn't be more valuable.

CAREER TRANSITION AND GROWTH
Organizations always have people who love their job and want to continue to grow and achieve in their chosen field.  Organizations also may have talented individuals who are frustrated or unhappy in their current role.  Executive coaching is the pathway for these leaders.  Through powerful questioning, assessments, goal setting and experiential practice, they can learn key achievements to get them to their next chapter.  A win for individuals, a win for the business.

ADVANCED COMMUNICATION FOR TEAMS
In any environment, contributors who are self-aware and flexible prosper and exceed expectations. Participants will practice listening skills and learn how to find mutual goals in almost any situation.  This series delves into the differences between behavioral styles (how people communicate) what motivates those styles (why they take action) and provides powerful, experiential tools for lasting behavioral change that results in high-achieving leaders and high-functioning teams.

ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The success or failure of most work projects rely more on effective communication and people skills than technology.  Whether it is informing, requesting, persuading, disagreeing or relationship building, this series digs into the complexities involved in dealing with different types of people.  Participants walk away understanding how to quickly identify what “style” of communication is needed along with understanding how to lead an interaction to a successful outcome.

PRINCIPLED SALES
Beliefs around sales stereotypes can cause difficulty for even excellent salespeople and success in sales depends on both perspective and discipline.  Principled Sales offers a different method that will give every sales employee the empowerment and mental fortitude to create income, growth and results.  This series takes salespeople of any kind through the process of defining values--for themselves and clients--an anchor during sales cycles.  By expanding limiting beliefs along with the use of proven sales techniques, revenue and results are accelerated for individuals and organizations.

FEARLESS & POWERFUL PRESENTATIONS
Even polished presenters sometimes face physical symptoms, like sweaty palms, when speaking to large groups.  And it is common to forget pieces of a presentation even if it has been rehearsed!  This series focuses on specific steps that enable a speaker to become the master of his brain (and the fear that can get in the way.)  Once the brain is engaged, participants learn the skills necessary to build a great presentation, resulting in a polished and powerful presence at the front of the room.

CREATING A PERFORMANCE CULTURE
An organization with a performance culture will drive itself to greatness with little action needed from key leaders. It is intentionally and subconsciously dictated from the top and ultimately employees base their behavior around that culture. With disciplined action and strong leadership, performance cultures flourish. During this series, participants explore discipline, engagement, standards of excellence and decisiveness resulting in a direct impact to company performance and leadership.

MANAGING GLOBAL TEAMS
Technology is continually advancing our ability to communicate and work collaboratively in unique multi-culture environments.  These advances pose challenges of seamless integration: local, state and country cultures, communicating across time zones and respecting each other’s uniqueness.  This program develops the skills and the environment required for multi-location teams that must operate at peak performance – a competitive requirement and a constant challenge of flexibility and respect.

MANDATORY LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS
Experienced executives know that there is a difference between managing and leading.  Translating that knowledge to action with new leaders is time-consuming and difficult if only learning “on the job”. This series puts managers into an environment to learn and practice foundational pieces of leadership including:visioning techniques, decision-making skills, meeting tools, team building and financial basics. Ultimately creating leaders, not managers to elevate your organizational goals.

                                                         Executive Workshop Options

Executives know that one key to building a cohesive team is having a shared experience outside the realm of every day work tasks.  Guided workshops foster conversation around strategy and leadership while enhancing relationship bonds that can be carried back to the daily work environment.  Dahlbeck Partners offers rigorous curriculum in an entertaining, engaging and fun package.

Note:  The sessions can be combined with existing team offsites.

WORKSHOP 1:  COMMUNICATION:  “Make It Happen”

Understand the basic communication styles, and know what is required to do to be heard, understood and respected.  This offsite has powerful communication curriculum basics plus thought-provoking games that technical and competitive management types find challenging and enlightening.

                 Puzzle Challenge

                 Building Bridges

                 Problem Power

WORKSHOP 2:  TEAMBUILDING/GLOBAL TEAMS: “Tweet This”

Teams often find themselves with individuals in predicaments.  One person can be so “can-do” that they’ve lost their ability to come forth with thought-provoking input – they are all about not rocking the boat, saving their job, not speaking up, even if they see issues.  Others may have taken on “bull-in-a-china-shop” traits to get things done as a response to stress or personality conflict.  Someone may bring a strong cultural history that results in less than optimal results for themselves or others.  This offsite has individuals take on different personalities while developing a team project – a social networking site.  The resulting site can be a functioning take-away that can ease communication on projects or time zones.

                 The Competition

                 The Presentation

                 The Real World Application

WORKSHOP 3:  PRESENTATION SKILLS:  “Perfect Pitch”

Presentations are an important part of everyday life in the workforce.  Not only is it important to communicate effectively to small or large teams, the ability to present effectively affects personal and company brand. This offsite covers the must-know aspects of successful presentations.

                 Rock’em Sock’em Robots

                 Rebels and Recovery

                 Clarity and Confidence

WORKSHOP 4:  INFLUENCING:  “Molly Bolts and Rubber Bands”

As organizations flatten, the need to influence “across dotted lines” increases.  Influencing with integrity is a rich skill that applies both within an organization and to all aspects outside – clients, vendors, and partners.

                 Understanding Behaviors and Styles

                 Motivators and Mediators

                 A Pound of Success

WORKSHOP 5:  CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY:  “Seismic Shifts”

Somewhere along the way it became an acceptable trait to play dirty – mostly because it can be successful financially.  However, today’s society is voting for success by aligning with individuals and companies who play hard, compete hard and win all within the reigns of good character and integrity.  This workshop engages the best and worst in us as situations are presented to ponder and evaluate.

Action, People and Thought Oriented Roles

                 Personalities Under Pressure

                 The Sprint and The Marathon

OFFSITE FACILITATION HOSTING:  “The Perfect Meeting”

Often leaders want to host a offsite with team updates, guest speakers, powerful curriculum that can last from half day to several days.  Simplified Coach has offered curriculum with a “Facilitation Wrapper” that keeps the agenda on track, light-hearted, entertaining 5 minute breaks, engaging trivia games with funny prizes.  Make your next event on time, on track and fun – it will be a perceived employee benefit to those who fear long, boring PowerPoint slides and talking heads. *Contact Us for a reduced price when combined with one or more sessions above.

                 Agenda management

Presenters are timed and given “time-left” warnings
